In order to minimize a time during which an apparatus receiving stream encrypted communication is not encryption synchronised after a cell reselection, performing the cell reselection is combined with the reception of synchronisation information. The receiving apparatus may be configured to start an earlier triggered cell reselection procedure after synchronisation information is received or to request synchronisation information shortly after a cell reselection procedure is performed.
