Pressing station in a rotary press

The station has a bearing component (12) for a compression roll (10), which is adjusted vertically in height along guides (40, 42). The guides are attached to a frame of a rotary press. An adjustment gear (46) is fastened to the frame and coupled to the bearing component via an adjustment drive. A shaft or axle of the compression roll or the bearing component is coupled to a pneumatic linear drive (30) such that the height of the compression roll is adjusted independent of the adjustment gear. The axle of the compression roll is eccentrically mounted in the bearing component.
