In a water-wheel housing comprising a water wheel inside, the present invention is to provide an apparatus for mitigating rotational resistance power of a water-wheel for a small hydro power generation apparatus which is configured to form a through-hole on a side of the water-wheel housing in order to discharge water in the water-wheel housing. The effect of the present invention is to improve power generation efficiency of the small hydro power generation apparatus by minimizing resistance power while the water-wheel is rotated, by easily discharging water remaining in the water-wheel housing by forming the through-hole on the side of the water-wheel housing. In the prior method, water flowing into the water-wheel and the remaining water collide to generate an eddy flow or to generate a stagnation phenomenon temporarily which acts as rotational resistance power of the water-wheel. |
