The present invention relates to a biosensor comprising a hybrid electronic sheet, and to a wearable device to detect bio-information. The biosensor has high electrochemical activities, and is able to detect an analyte in a DET-based sample. In addition, the biosensor uses an electrode harmless to the human body, is able to detect the analyte with high sensitivity and high selectivity, and can efficiently be used for a wearable device to detect bio-information. The biosensor comprises: a substrate; an electronic sheet formed on the substrate; and an analyte coupling material fixated on the electronic sheet.
