The present invention discloses a manufacturing method of a positive electrode active material. The manufacturing method includes the following steps: manufacturing a coating solution by mixing a carbon precursor and an organic solvent; coating a surface of a positive electrode active material with the carbon precursor by adding the positive electrode active material to the coating solution and stirring the same; and carbonizing the carbon precursor by thermally processing the positive electrode active material coated with the carbon precursor under an inert gas.
