The invention relates to an attaching device (37), a water heating device (10), and a method for assembling said devices. The attaching device (37) is used to produce a releasable connection between a control device housing (14) of the water heating device (10) and a heating device (15), which is inserted or screwed into a hot water tank (17). A base (38) of the control device housing (14) has a base opening (62). A heat insulating disk (40) is placed on the outer face (38a) of the base (38). A counter retaining disk (57) is placed on the opposite inner face (38b) of the base. Using a securing device (37), the two disks (40, 57) are clamped against each other and are simultaneously attached to an end piece (22) of the heating device (15). The heat insulating disk (40), which is arranged between the control device housing (14) and the end piece (22) of the heating device (15), prevents a direct contact between the housing and the end piece, and the heat insulating disk together with the counter retaining disk (57) exerts a clamping force onto the base (38) in the attached state in order to hold the control device housing (14) in a desired position. |
