FIELD: fat and oil industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for analysis of quality of rapeseed lecithins and can be used in oil and fat industry. Method of determining content of acetone-insoluble substances (phospholipids) in rapeseed lecithin includes sampling of lecithin, preparation of a sample by thermal conditioning, placing sample into a sensor of pulsed NMR analyser, measurement of signal amplitudes of nuclear-magnetic proton relaxation of third (A) and fourth (A)component of lecithins in standard units and calculating content of acetone-insoluble substances (phospholipids) in lecithin. Method includes measuring signal amplitude of nuclear-magnetic proton relaxation of first (A) and second (A) component of lecithins in standard units, determining sum of amplitude (A) signals of the first (A), second (A), third (A) and fourth (A) components in standard units. Method then includes calculating fraction of amplitudes of signals of third (A) and fourth (A) components in percentage as ratio of value Ato value A, multiplied by 100, and ratio of values Ato value A, multiplied by 100, and content of acetone-insoluble substances (phospholipids) in rapeseed lecithin (F) in percentage is calculated by formula F= 0.6992(A+A)17.09.EFFECT: technical result is an efficient method for determination of content of acetone-insoluble substances (phospholipids) in rapeseed lecithin, ensuring high accuracy and reproducibility of determination results.1 cl |
