FIELD: oil and gas industry; engines and pumps.SUBSTANCE: device for well development of centrifugal pump includes housing, having first and second chambers. First chamber is communicated to annular space of the well discharge channel with a drain valve consisting of shutoff element and seat. Second chamber is communicated with pump outlet feed channel with a check valve consisting of shutoff element and seat. Housing top and chamber by means of bypass channels made in the housing are connected with string lifting pipes. Bottom case is connected to the outlet nozzle of the pump. Bypass channels are made in the form of filter-tip with perforated holes, rigidly arranged inside the housing above the first and second chambers. Chambers are communicated via channel with diameter, which provides penetration of drain valve shutoff element from the first chamber into the second and excluding penetration of shut-off element of the check valve from the second chamber in the first. In the lower part of the drain channel has cylindrical bore, and drain valve seat is fixed in the first chamber with shear ring. Drain valve seat and shut-off element have the possibility of axial movement downwards in cylindrical bore after destruction of shear ring and liquid flow via drain channel from the cavity of tubing and the first chamber in annular space of well.EFFECT: higher reliability and longer service life of the device, broader functional capabilities at well development of centrifugal pump at improvement of efficiency of wells.1 cl, 4 dwg |
