The present invention relates to a device to manufacture a stainless pipe. A stainless plate is primarily transferred, and a sphere and a groove roller curved pipe is secondarily formed. The formed sphere and groove roller curved pipe is thirdly drawn by a forming roller to form a pipe body. An existing device includes a problem of increasing operation costs by having a number of manufacturing processes and a problem of occurring corrosion by degrading a corrosion resistance property which the stainless steel has, as various types of rollers formed of metal are in contact with the stainless plate such that a passive state film is damaged; thereby a replacement cycle of an existing device is short, and operational costs further increased. The device to manufacture the stainless pipe forms and rapidly supplies a circular pipe without an additional process by a binding post-tensioning force when a plate-shaped stainless material is placed between the forming roller installed in the manufacturing device and an elastic belt attached by an elastic force of the elastic belt. Moreover, the device to manufacture the stainless pipe shortens a manufacturing time by selecting a proper diameter of a pipe to be formed by controlling an amount in which the stainless material is attached to the forming roller by the elastic belt, and reduces the operational costs of the device. |
