FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: stack of springs includes two pairs of plate springs arranged in cylindrical housing with a groove. Each pair contains opposite installed and free connected large bases of cone discs. Base and cover have cylindrical collar, on which is centered smaller base of extreme pairs of belleville springs. Smaller bases of cone discs of adjacent pairs are connected to each other by damping element made up of three-stage disc with central part of friction material. Damper having a base, resilient mesh element and washers interacting with bushings. In cavity between cover and a conical disc there is a lubricant, for example, grease. Cavity between base and conical disc is filled with elastomer, for example polyurethane. Cavities formed by conical discs of adjacent pairs are filled with crumbs of vibration damping material, for example, “Agat” type. Stack of plate springs is made with alternating use of cone discs in each pair of disc springs with and without coating thereof with polyurethane.EFFECT: improved efficiency in resonant mode of vibration isolation.1 cl, 2 dwg |
