PURPOSE:To execute the pressure treatment under the reduced pressure by a simple constitution by exhausting the inside of a reduced pressure container by an exhaust means and setting it to a reduced pressure state. CONSTITUTION:The title device is a device for performing a pressure treatment to mainly food, and the inside of a reduced pressure container 1 is exhausted by an exhaust means and held in a prescribed reduced pressure state. By following-up of pressure reduction of an atmosphere, air in a processing tank 2 is exhausted from an opening part 31, or from an exhaust hole when the exhaust hole is provided on the processing tank 2, and simultaneously, a pressure device 4 expands and depresses a pressure plate 5, and presses a treating object 6. Since this pressure treatment is executed under the reduced pressure, contamination caused by dust and a drop germ, etc. is reduced extremely. Also, since oxygen concentration becomes extremely small, the influence caused by oxygen of the treating object is reduced. Moreover, by following up moisture evaporation of the treating object, the treating object is cooled, the influence caused by heat is reduced, therefore, this device is desirable from a respect of holding freshness, as well. |
