The purpose of the present invention is to provide functional cosmetic water having excellent skin tissue stabilizing, skin metabolism promoting, moisturizing, pigmentation preventing, and anti-aging effects by stably supplying nutrients, or a natural material having excellent anti-oxidizing activity or the like, and to provide a functional silk mask pack comprising the same. The functional silk mask pack according to the present invention is manufactured by soaking a non-woven fabric made of silk having sericin removed from a cocoon or raw yarn into functional cosmetic water including purified water; sericin dissolved in the purified water; fibroin, and a vitamin tree extract. |
