The present invention provides a vacuum suction head. The vacuum suction head comprises: a suction pad which comes into contact with a surface of a suction target to be sucked and is vacuum-sucked; a suction shaft of which one end is connected to the suction pad, which supports the suction pad, and in which a suction and exhaust path is formed to suck and exhaust gas inside the suction pad; a housing unit which includes an internal space supported to enable the suction shaft to slide; an elastic support unit which elastically supports the suction shaft inside the housing unit in an axial direction of the housing unit; and a shaft fastening unit which is disposed on one side of the housing unit and which fastens or releases the suction shaft by limiting movement of the suction shaft. Accordingly, the suction pad has a buffer function enabling the suction pad to stably vacuum-suck the suction target, and generation of vibration can be suppressed when discharging the suction target, thereby enabling the suction target to be stably discharged and preventing the suction target from being damaged. |
