Provided in the present invention are a tie bar and a method for executing a nondestructive inspection using the same which enables a nondestructive inspection on a steel plate concrete structure. According to the present invention, the tie-bar disposed in a structure having a pair of steel plates and a concrete disposed between a pair of steel plates comprises: a coupling rod which is disposed between a pair of steel plates to be separated from the structure; and a sleeve which is disposed to enclose the coupling rod between the concrete and the coupling rod, and is separated from the structure to form an inspection hole of the concrete. The sleeve is separated from the structure through a hole formed in the structure as the coupling rod is separated from the structure.
