The present invention relates to a method for providing a prepaid card based call back service and a system thereof capable of enabling a user to conveniently call with inexpensive communications costs by combining a prepaid method and a call back service. The system of the present invention comprises: a prepaid server which processes a prepaid service by connecting a database in which card issuing information is stored; a call back server which processes the call back service between a first charging plan communications network and a second charging plan communications network; an integrated service server which receives receiver information from a user logged-in through an application while providing the application for the prepaid card based call back service to the user, provides a call back service by connecting the call back server, and charges the account of the corresponding user by connecting the prepaid card server when the user selects charging; a first user terminal for using the call back service which installs the application for the prepaid card based call back service and charges the prepaid card by connecting the first charging plan communications network; and a second user terminal for calling a first user by connecting the second charging plan communications network. The present invention is provided to easily guide all procedures to a user for understanding and to easily inquire the call information of the user and the prepaid card use history of the user when the user clicks the mobile application after installing a prepaid card based call back service application in the smartphone, thereby easily managing the system, and calling with a counterpart at minimal communications costs.
