The present invention provides an organic electroluminescent emitted diode device which includes: an upper substrate and a lower substrate defining a plurality of pixel areas, and facing each other to be bonded to each other; a thin film transistor provided in each pixel area on the lower substrate; an organic light emitting diode provided in the pixel area to be connected to the thin film transistor, and composed of a first electrode, an organic light emitting layer and a second electrode; a barrier film provided on the upper substrate; multiple light path conversion patterns positioned on an upper part of at least one from the upper substrate and the barrier film; color filter layers positioned on the barrier film including the multiple light path conversion patterns; a black matrix provided in each boundary part between the color filter layers; and a planarization film provided on a front surface of the upper substrate including the black matrix.
