A floating structure is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the floating structure comprises: a hull which is operated in a jack-up mode and a sailing mode; a cantilever part which is installed to protrude outward from the hull; a rail part which has a moving path of the cantilever part in one or more directions; multiple skid units which support the cantilever part and are moved along the rail part; a support plate which is arranged along the moving path of the rail part and has catching protrusions at preset intervals; and a moving unit which is successively caught in the catching protrusions in the moving direction of the skid units to be towed along the support plate and is connected to the skid units to move the skid units in the same displacement. |
