1. A method of producing a polypeptide having protease activity, comprising:
(a) cultivating a recombinant cell comprising a polynucleotide encoding the polypeptide under conditions conducive for production of the polypeptide, wherein the polypeptide has at least 80% sequence identity to the sequence of amino acids 214-511 of SEQ ID NO: 2 or the sequence of amino acids 214-517 of SEQ ID NO: 4 and the polynucleotide is operably linked to one or more control sequences that direct the production of the polypeptide; and (b) recovering the polypeptide. |
