The present invention relates to a system for a mission meal and a method for executing a mission meal using the same, and a system for a mission meal. The system comprises: an accommodation part which accommodates an object; a character insertion hole which is formed on the accommodation part; a character which can be inserted into the character insertion hole or separated therefrom; a cap which is combined with the character insertion hole so as to prevent the object from touching the character and formed to cover the outside of the character which is inserted into the accommodation part. The method for executing a mission meal comprises: a step of providing a meal to the accommodation part into which the character is inserted; a step of giving a mission to a child, wherein the mission is to save the character by eating up the meal; and a step of saving the character, wherein the character can be separated from the accommodation part when the child eats up all given meal thereon, therefore the invention has an effect that a child recognizes a meal time as a play time, so more active eating habits and creativity can be developed.
