The present invention relates to a screw thread cleaning device of a casing bolt and a nut, and more specifically, to the screw thread cleaning device of the casing bolt and the nut which can perform a fixing work of the bolt and the nut easily, and can clean a number of bolts and nuts at once, and can perform nondestructive inspection together with a cleaning work by one equipment sequentially. The screw thread cleaning device of the present invention includes: a cleaning main body wherein a magnetic plate generating magnetic force to attach the nut to a center part of an upper plane is installed, and a dust collection hole is formed at one side of the magnetic plate and is connected to a dust collector accommodated inside by a dust collection pipe, and an upper cover is installed to be rotated by being hinged to cover and close an upper plane after the cleaning work on an upper part, and a front cover (15) is installed to be rotated by being hinged to open and close an internal accommodation space at one side of a front; a bolt fixing part which is installed at both left and right side of the cleaning main body, and is accommodated in both sides of the cleaning main body when not used, and is mounted on an upper plane by being rotated upward the cleaning main body when used; a scattering prevention cover which is prepared to cover an upper side of the magnetic plate and the dust collection plate, and induces suction of dust into the dust collection hole by preventing scattering of the dust generated during the cleaning work of the nut, and is kept in the cleaning main body after the cleaning work; a drug accommodation part which is prepared to perform nondestructive inspection of the bolt and the nut at one of both left and right sides of the cleaning main body; and a cleaning unit to clean the bolt fixed to the bolt fixing part and the nut attached to the magnetic plate.
