发明名称 APPARATUS FOR REMOVING RESIDUAL OF PAPER TUBE
摘要 The present invention relates to an apparatus for removing residual yarn of a paper tube, removing Spandex where residual yarn is wound from a body of the paper tube to recycle the paper tube with residual yarn remaining after use in a fiber weaving machine. The apparatus for removing residual yarn of a paper tube comprises a driver part (20), a residual yarn removing part (40), and a paper tube discharge chute (50). The drive part (20) has a paper tube rod (22) mounted on one side of a support frame (10) to be operated by an air cylinder (28). The residual yarn removing part (40) is provided with a paper tube (P) through a paper tube supply chute (30) diagonally positioned on the front side of the drive part (20) to support the paper tube (P) to be placed on supporters (46) of supporting members (42) of both sides thereof, the supporting members (42) having elastic force. The paper tube discharge chute (50) discharges a paper tube body (2) separated through an exfoliation ring (49) mounted on a front side support stand (40a) of the residual yarn removing part (40). A key groove (23b) is formed on the outer surface of the paper tube rod (22) up to a head part (23) having an uneven front side to allow the head part (23) to be interlocked with the exfoliation ring (49) to separate the paper tube body (2) from Spandex (4) where residual yarn is wound. The separated Spandex (4) where the residual yarn is wound is inserted into the outer surface of the head part (23), and a locking piece (29) mounted on a first support stand (24) inside a case of the drive part (20) is positioned in the key groove (23b) to be guided and supported when the paper tube rod (22) is moved backward such that the Spandex (4) is locked with the locking piece (29) to escape from the head part (23) to be discharged. Accordingly, the residual yarn in the paper tube for winding is simply and automatically removed, thereby reducing a time for removing the residual yarn, and the paper tube and the residual yarn can separately be discharged, thereby improving workability.
