摘要 |
An isolated novel polynucleotide comprising a nucleotide sequence encoding at least one polypeptide involved in biosynthesis of pyripyropene A, a recombinant vector comprising the polynucleotide and a transformant comprising the polynucleotide are disclosed. By the present invention, a pyripyropene A biosynthetic gene useful for production of a novel pyripyropene analog, improvement of productivity of a pyripyropene A-producing bacterium, production of an insecticidal agent for microorganisms, creation of a plant resistant to insect pests or the like are provided. |

1. An isolated polynucleotide comprising a selection marker, and
(a) a polynucleotide having a polynucleotide sequence encoding at least one amino acid sequence selected from SEQ ID NOs: 267 to 274 or an amino acid sequence selected from SEQ ID Nos: 267 to 274 having 1 to 40 substituted, deleted, added or inserted residues and having the same enzymatic activity as SEQ ID NOs: 267 to 274, respectively, or (b) a polynucleotide having a nucleotide sequence which is capable of hybridizing with the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 266 under stringent conditions comprising washing in a solution comprising 30 mM trisodium citrate, 300 mM sodium chloride and 0.5% sodium dodecyl sulfate at 60° C. for 20 minutes and having the same enzymatic activity as SEQ ID NO: 266, wherein the polynucleotide of (a) or (b) is a cDNA. |
