The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing fruit juice, having high producing efficiency by enabling hygienic mass-production with improved productivity, and to a manufacturing method using the same. The method for manufacturing fruit juice comprises a bubble washing process (S1), a crushing process (S2), a seed separating process (S3), a juicing process (S4), a primary liquid-phase separating process (S5), a secondary liquid-phase separating process (S6), an instant sterilizing process (S7), a packing process (S8), a low temperature sterilizing process (S9), and a water removing process (S10). Provided is the apparatus for manufacturing a fruit juice, comprising a bubble washing means (10), a crushing means (20), a juicing means (40), a vibrating separation means (50), a filter separation means (60), a high temperature sterilization means (70), and a low temperature sterilization means (80). |
