[Also in Group X] A catch 12 secured to a slidable window 4 by screws 13 comprises a ball 11 acted on by a bolt 14 whose upper end engages the conical portion 15 of a push-button 16 biased by spring 17. On pushing button 16 inwardly a cylindrical portion 16a of reduced diameter allows the bolt 14 to move upwardly, thus disengaging ball 11 from one of a series of recesses 7c in a fixed member 7b.</p> |
