The present invention relates to a system for determining loan eligibility and making a written contract using a mobile terminal capable of effectively preventing problems of personal information leakage from incidentally occurring during a loan procedure through the mobile terminal. The system includes: a user terminal (100) including a loan web application, transmitting documents needed for loan determination in an image form, receiving a loan contract form from a financial institution, filling corresponding columns of the form by handwriting and an autograph, and returning the loan contract form completed by handwriting and the autograph to the financial company; and a financial institution server (200) determining the documents needed for the loan determination received from the user terminal (100), determining loan eligibility, transmitting the loan contract form to a qualified user, receiving the loan contract form completed by handwriting and the autograph from the user terminal (100) and storing the received loan contract form. |
