Disclosed are a method, a system, and a recording medium to provide a messenger service controlled by a specific condition. The messenger service method includes: a step of receiving at least one control condition to control the operation of a messenger from a user; a step of generating a folder by using the control condition as an operation condition; a step of relating at least one chatting room with the folder; and a step of controlling whether to control the messenger according to the control condition included as the operation condition for the folder when receiving a message from a counterpart, related with the chatting room, through a communication part. |
