a dial; a light guiding body disposed on a rear surface of the dial and from a base end side of which a light emitted from a light source is incident; a three-dimensional design section disposed in a protruding manner at a leading end side of the light guiding body and configured to protrude via a through hole perforated in the dial; a recess formed encompassing the three-dimensional design section on a light-guiding-body rear surface, which faces an opposite side to the dial, of the light guiding body; and color printing configured to be applied including the recess so as to encompass the three-dimensional design section on the light-guiding-body rear surface.
