A pharmaceutical combination comprising an antibody specifically recognizing CD38 and at least bortezomib, wherein said antibody comprises at least one heavy chain and at least one light chain, wherein said heavy chain comprises three sequential complementarity determining regions comprising the amino acid sequences of SEQ ID NOs: 13, 14 (or 81) and 15, and wherein said light chain comprises three sequential complementarity determining regions comprising the amino acid sequences of SEQ ID NOs: 16, 17 and 18, and wherein the antibody and bortezomib constituents of the combination are physically separate.
