A synthesized cDNA, comprising: (1) a nucleotide sequence encoding the entire amino acid sequence of a complementarity determining region 3 (CDR3) of a vβ chain of a T-cell receptor (TCR) of a WT1-specific HLA-A*2402-positive cytotoxic T-cell (CTL), wherein the nucleotide sequence is selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs: 1-200, or (2) the nucleotide sequence that is complementary to the full length of the nucleotide sequence of (1), wherein the cDNA further comprises a label attached to the cDNA, said label selected from fluorescent labels, radioactive labels, enzyme labels, and chromophore labels.
