The present invention relates to a data voltage compensation circuit and a display device including the data voltage compensation circuit. The data voltage compensation circuit comprises a compensation information provision unit, a gamma register, and a compensation data voltage provision unit. The compensation information provision unit generates test data voltage corresponding to test data based on test power supply voltage and test reference voltage. The compensation information provision unit provides compensation information determined based on the test data voltage. The gamma register provides a gamma value corresponding to display data. The compensation data voltage provision unit provides compensation data voltage based on reference voltage, the gamma value and the compensation information which vary depending on the power supply voltage. Data voltage compensation circuits according to embodiments of the present invention compensate for data voltage based on compensation information determined based on test data voltage, thereby improving image quality. |
