The present invention relates to a method for collecting bay salt and the bay salt. The method for collecting bay salt in the present invention comprises the steps of: preparing a dough through mixing 1 kg of loess, 0.5 g of germanium, and 0.5 g of illite in 1 L of water; making the dough into chunks having sizes of 2 to 3 mm; obtaining plasticized loess by plasticizing the chunks at 1150 to 1200 for 7 to 8 hours; preparing an alkaline ionic water by mixing 100 to 110 g of commercially available ionic calcium and the plasticized loess in 1.8 to 2.0 ton of water and fermenting the same for 24 hours at room temperature; mixing 500 L of the alkaline ionic water in concentrated brine at an evaporation pond having an area of 300 to 400 pyong 3 to 4 days before collecting bay salt; and collecting the bay salt from a crystallization pond.
