The embodiments of the present invention relate to a selective catalytic reduction system which comprises: an exhaust line through which exhaust gas passes; a reactor placed on the exhaust line to have a catalyst installed inside; a fluid input unit to let a heated fluid flow into the catalyst; and an opening and closing flow-uniforming unit installed in the front and rear of the catalyst to make the flow of exhaust gas uniform. During operation of exhaust purification, the opening and closing flow-uniforming unit makes the exhaust gas passing through the reactor have a uniform flow. During operation of catalyst regeneration, the opening and closing flow-uniforming unit divides the reactor, where the catalyst is installed, to increase the temperature of the catalyst by the heated fluid supplied from the fluid input unit.
