The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing kudzu vine root juice having high production efficiency by enabling hygienic production, productivity improvement, and mass production; and to a manufacturing method of kudzu vine root juice using the same. Therefore, the method for manufacturing kudzu vine root juice comprises: a bubble brush washing process (S1); a primary and secondary grinding process (S2); a stirring and water inputting process (S3); a juicing process (S4); a primary liquid-phase separation process (S5); a secondary liquid-phase separation process (S6); an instant sterilization process (S7); a packing process (S8); a low-temperature sterilization process (S9); and a moisture removal process (S10). The apparatus for manufacturing kudzu vine root juice comprises a bubble brush washing means (10); a primary grinding means (20) and a secondary grinding means (20′); a water inputting and stirring means (30); a juicing means (40); a vibration separating means (50); a filter separating means (60); a high-temperature sterilizing means (70); and a low-temperature sterilizing means (80). |
