The present invention relates to a graphene/lithium titanium oxide composite (NG/LTO-MN) containing transition metal nitride and a preparation method thereof. According to the present invention, the graphene/lithium titanium oxide composite (NG/LTO-MN) containing transition metal nitride has a structure in which graphene (NG) doped with nitride (N) encloses a particle containing lithium titanium (LTO) and transition metal nitride, thereby increasing high temperature stability and improving electrical properties to improve a charging and discharging performance, especially a rapid charging and discharging performance. In addition, the graphene/lithium titanium oxide composite can be manufactured at low temperatures, so the graphene/lithium oxide composite (NG/LTO-MN) has excellent safety and economic feasibility for a process. Direct synthesis (one-pot) is possible and workability is excellent, so the graphene/lithium oxide composite (NG/LTO-MN) can be usefully used as a negative electrode active material for a secondary battery. |
