The present invention provides a detachable embolic coil assembly comprising: a flexible tube having a cylindrical shape of which both ends in a longitudinal direction are opened; a push bar, which has a cross-section of a circular rod, is installed to be rotatable and slidable in the longitudinal direction inside the flexible tube, and has a curvedly bent catching part formed on one end in the longitudinal direction; a connecting bar, which has a cross-section of the circular rod, is slidably installed inside the flexible tube, and has a curvedly bent catching groove, into which the catching part is correspondingly inserted and caught, and which is recessed in an outer surface at one end in the longitudinal direction; and a coil part coupled to the other end of the connecting bar in the longitudinal direction. In the above-described detachable embolic coil assembly, the push bar and the connecting bar are connected in a state the catching part and the catching groove, which are curvedly bent, are correspondingly inserted and caught in the flexible tube, and thus when the connecting bar and the coil part are inserted into a blood vessel and the push bar is then rotated in a direction opposite to the bent direction of the catching part to separate the push bar from the connecting bar, the catching part moves along the catching groove of the connecting bar to release a mutual connection state. Therefore, the coil part can be easily detachably installed in the blood vessel even when the diameter of the blood vessel is small. |
