The present invention relates to a method of producing a heat resistant resin, a heat resistant resin, and a heat resistant ABS resin. According to the present invention, the heat resistant resin is produced by high polymerization conversion rate and reduced polymerization coagulum in a shortened polymerization time. In addition, provided is a producing method which reduces a fine content during agglomeration, and provided are the heat resistant resin therefrom and a heat resistant ABS resin composition having improved heat distortion temperature and improved processability therefrom.
