The present invention relates to a moving blade (wing) of a generator using running water or wind power and, more specifically, relates to a blade making method which allows the blade (wing) to be moved at a certain angle to increase the rotation force of the blade (wing). The blade of a generator using running water or wind power comprises: a center shaft; a blade shaft which fixes and moves the blade; a blade rotation stopper which is fixed to the blade and the center shaft; an angle adjuster and an angle stopper which move the blade at a certain angle; and a blade shaft fixture. |
