The present invention relates to a damper and a bypass apparatus for a ventilation system having the same. The present invention comprises: a housing having an inlet passage which guides outdoor air to flow inside and an outlet passage which guides indoor air to flow outside; a total heat exchanger installed inside the housing to be connected with each of the inlet passage and the outlet passage and performing heat exchange between the outdoor air flowing in through the inlet passage and the indoor air discharged by the outlet passage; a bypass duct provided in an outer side of the housing and guiding the indoor air discharged through the outlet passage to pass the outlet passage without passing the total heat exchanger; and a damper for bypass, opening/closing an inner passage of the bypass duct. According to the present invention, interior smoke is rapidly discharged in case of fire using a simple structure. |
