A reversing device for a panel of the present invention comprises: a pair of first and second brackets (21, 22) distanced from each other; a rotating frame (30) in a shape of a square frame where a first frame and second frame (31, 32) are supported by the first bracket and second bracket (21, 22) to be able to rotate and which has a first connecting frame and a second connecting frame (33, 34) which connects both end units of the first frame and the second frame (31, 32); a power source to rotate a rotating frame (3); and a holding means to fixate or release a PC panel (410) on the rotating frame (30) on the same plane as that of the rotating frame (30). |
