The present invention is to provide a punching processing device for improving surface roughness which can form various pattern shapes as minimizing deformation of an object, by forming a pattern comprising a number of dots on a surface of the object, by punching the object vertically as moving a processing pin horizontally, and can minimize abrasion due to friction, and can be repaired and maintained easily, and a pattern processing method using the same and a pattern thereof. The punching processing device of the present invention, in a punching processing machine forming a fixed pattern (20) on a surface around an outlet (11) and an inlet (11) of a valve plate (10) for a compressor, includes: a mounting jig (100) wherein the valve plate (10) is fixed; the processing pin (200) wherein a pressurizing part (210) to pressurize the valve plate (10) is formed on a front end; and a movement unit (300) which is arranged on an upper part of the mounting jig (100), and forms a pattern (20) on the valve plate (10) by moving the processing pin (200) reciprocally in a vertical direction as moving the processing pin (200) at a fixed speed horizontally.
