The present invention relates to a method and system for vacuum molding of a pipe. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for vacuum molding of a pipe, which includes preheating a part of the inner portion of the pipe and carrying out compressing to provide the pipe with a bent shape of a space for mounting various devices in the pipe. The present invention is also directed to producing various shapes of pipes with a high speed in a large amount. The system for vacuum molding of a pipe comprises: a vacuum molding system main body having a mold for molding a pipe into a predetermined shape at the lower part thereof; a preheating device for preheating a part of the pipe; a heat interruption section for interrupting diffusion of heat to the whole part of the pipe; a preheating member having a preheating device conveyor for supporting the preheating device and heat interruption section and for conveying them into the pipe; an elevatable compressor for compressing the preheated part of the pipe against the mold; a compression member having a compressor conveying space for conveying the compressor into the pipe; a support device provided at one side of the vacuum molding system main body and allowing sliding movement toward the right side and left side; and a moving member having a moving device inserted and joined to the upper part of the support device to bind, fix, longitudinally move and transversely rotate the preheating member and the compression member. |
