The present invention relates to a waterproof coupling structure for an expansion joint device which prevents rainwater leakage by making a joint part of an expansion joint device with a drainage sheet firm. For this purpose, the present invention provides a waterproof coupling (20) installed in a joint part between drainage sheets (10) of the expansion joint device comprising: a flange insertion groove (21) into which a flange unit (11) is formed on an end of both drainage sheets (10); and coupling holes (21a) to couple bolts (21b) on a location corresponding to the through-hole units (11a) formed in the flange unit (11).
