The present invention relates to a brazier oven comprising: a casing having a hollow structure with an opening on top; an air regulator provided on the casing; a brazier main body provided with a cover for opening and closing an opening of the casing; an annular reflection plate provided on the bottom surface inside of the brazier main body; a combustion tray that has an open-topped hollow structure, is positioned inward of the reflection plate, and communicates with the air regulator; a support plate provided on the inner circumference of the brazier main body; a heat insulating filler filling the space between the inner circumference of the brazier main body and the support plate; a holder provided on the support plate; a plurality of cooking holding means provided to the holder; and an open-topped cooking member held by the plurality of cooking holding means. By means of the brazier oven, an authentic grilled taste that is unique to using a brazier may be achieved, and various food ingredients such as meats, dumplings, skewered foods, and the like, may be cooked so as to have a crunchy exterior and an interior that is soft and full. |
