The present invention relates to a roaster, and more specifically, to a roaster with a quick and easy assembly and disassembly mechanism that enables an easy and swift discharge of the material being roasted. A roaster with a quick and easy assembly and disassembly mechanism, according to the present invention, comprises: a main body; and a rotating body installed on the main body, wherein the rotating body comprises a shaft, a handle disposed at one end of the shaft, and a drum disposed at the other end of the shaft for holding a material to be roasted, and the main body comprises a support member for providing support to a portion of a lower part of the shaft, and a shoulder member which is spaced apart from the support member and has an opening, the shaft being inserted through the opening and a part of the inserted shaft latching on to an upper part of the shoulder member. The roaster with a quick and easy assembly and disassembly mechanism has the advantages in that the rotating body being installed so as to be easily removable from the main body allows for a quick and easy discharge of the material being roasted, the simple structure allows the roaster to be portable, and the user can check on the material being roasted freely at any time through the drum inlet and outlet, which are always open. |
