A support for supporting a riser in a certain height is installed in the bottom of a riser hold in a structure that the riser is loaded inside the riser hold. Therefore, the present invention efficiently drains various sewage generated by the riser and water generated after a riser washing work, and effectively prevents damage to the riser by buffering a load applied to the riser in a Z-axis direction (vertical direction).
