The present invention provides a dust collector for a vacuum cleaner, including: a first cyclone which is installed in a first case, and is configured to separate dust from air flowed in together with foreign substances at a lower part first and then to discharge the dust to a first dust storage part; a second cyclone which is installed at least at one side of the first cyclone, and separates fine dust from the air separated from the dust by the first cyclone, and is configured to discharge the fine dust to a second dust storage part formed in a second case; and a bottom cover which forms a floor surface of the first dust storage part, the second dust storage part and the first cyclone when being closed, and is hinged to the first case in order to discharge the foreign substances collected in the first dust storage part, the second dust storage part and the first cyclone when being opened. |
