摘要 The present invention relates to a system and method for controlling flow rate ratio. The system for controlling flow rate ratio comprises: a fuel cell which includes an anode which generates tail gas and has an entrance and an exit; a fuel reformer which generates a reformed stream, which is separated into a first branch stream returning to the entrance of the anode and a second branch stream at a branch, by mixing the tail gas discharged from the exit of the anode with fuel; a cooler which removes heat from the second branch stream; a bottoming cycle which includes an internal or external combustion engine which is driven in response to the cooled second branch stream; a measuring device which measures a difference between pressures of two among a main stream, the first branch stream and the second branch stream; and a control device which controls a ratio of a flow rate of the first branch stream to a flow rate of the main stream in response to the measured pressure difference.
