The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a polyurethane foam having an antibacterial function. More specifically, the method for manufacturing a polyurethane foam comprises: a first mixture formation step of forming a mixture by putting polyol and 0.8% of a powder-type antibacterial agent on the basis of the weight of the polyol in a mixer while adding 0.05% of a foaming inhibitor in the mixer on the basis of the weight of the mixture and mixing the same for two hours; a second mixture formation step of setting the temperature of a mold to be 50-60°C, setting the pressure, RPM and temperature of a foaming machine after the first mixture formation step, moving the mixture to a material tank, adding 0.05% of a foaming catalyst in the mixture of the material tank on the basis of the weight of the mixture, and then mixing the same for three hours; and a drying step of, in the mold, foaming the mixture, which has been formed by the second mixture formation step, and taking out the polyurethane foam, and then putting the same in a dryer to dry for six hours. The polyurethane foam is manufactured by making 0.1 parts by weight of a retarder added in the powder-type antibacterial agent in the first mixture formation step, and comprising a third mixture formation step of mixing 100 parts by weight of the mixture and 35-40 parts by weight of a foaming agent methylene diphenyl diisocyanatea (MDI) after the second mixture formation step to manufacture the polyurethane foam. Thus, the present invention fulfills a proper purpose of an antibacterial urethane foam and has semi-permanent antibacterial effects and excellent deodorizing action and heat-resisting properties at the same time, as the foam is combined with an antibacterial feature, not just containing the feature. |
