The present invention relates to a dehumidification and sterilization device capable of drying and sterilizing by supplying warm air and projecting ultraviolet rays, a bone cutter comprising the same, and a dehumidification and sterilization method of a bone cutter. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the dehumidification and sterilization device comprises: a body having a built-in space, to which a suction hole and a discharge hole are separately formed on one side and the other side by penetration; a suction fan arranged on one side of the space to be rotatable near the suction hole, sucking outside air into the space through the suction hole; a heater arranged on one side of the suction fan, heating the outside air flowing to the space; an air blower arranged on the other side of the space to be rotatable near the discharge hole, discharging the outside air heated by the heater outside of the body; and a control unit which controls operation of the suction fan, the air blower, and the heater.
