USE OF RG108 HAVING ANTI-AGEING EFFECTS IN MESEMCHYMAL STEM CELLS

The present invention relates to a composition for anti-aging of stem cells, containing RG108 as an active ingredient. The RG108 of the present invention has a cell protecting effect while increasing the expression of anti-aging materials and cell nutrition factors in the stem cells and decreasing the expression of aging materials. In addition, the stem cells having differentiation potency and cell regeneration in the case of using the RG108 when culturing the stem cells due to excellent cell migration ability are maintained for a long time, thereby substantially obtaining cells used for a cell therapeutic agent or research.
